Awesome place! The chickens are just wandering around and quite curious. For $1 you can feed the animals. Really great ethics and amazing that this place is right in Miami. Had the breakfast and lunch burrito and both were large and delicious. The espresso was also wonderful. They have classes and events, can't recommend this place enough!

The best things in life are not things… this has been my favorite place for years. I love the energy of the place. The staff is welcoming and you can tell they enjoy working here. They have live music some times! The food is incredible!! Also, pro tip: be careful with the animal running freely, they will eat your food without asking if you’re done 🤣

The food overall was good, the steak sandwich was amazing, the flavors kept me guessing and wanting more. The breakfast burrito was really good, my husband loved it. We had a beef empanada, which was tasty. However, the croquetas leave much to be desired. They were super hard, uneatable, I would skip it. We also ordered a side of cilantro mayo, and hot sauce, both were great. The coffee was okay, they make their own oat milk and it needs to be creamier, I stopped drinking a few sips into it. The freshly squeezed orange juice was awesome. They also have free self serve water, which is much appreciated on a hot Sunday morning. Now, the atmosphere isn’t very “sanctuary-ry” if that makes sense. Because of the fans, the loud speaker with music and people trying to speak over those, it makes for a very hectic and unpleasant experience. Also, the tables are high for the chairs, and the rest of the seating areas are not very comfortable. Wear mosquito repellent, we didn’t and left with lots of mosquito bites. Also, be prepared to clean your table, there are lots of chickens and roosters running around, and there was poop on almost every table. I would not return, but I am glad I tried it. That steak sandwich was worth it. Maybe, maybe I’ll order takeout someday.

Absolutely fun place to go to that’s kid friendly. Everyone here is super nice and the animals are beautiful! Some let you carry them and they make great company while you’re doing yoga. Vegan food is sometimes questionable but here, everything is great! My favorite on the menu is the mushroom burger. I get this every time I can when I come buy. Aguacate also sells coffee other delicious food and even some plants!

I’ll start with the good; jackfruit bbq lunch combo for $10 is delicious! The rest if the food is good/okay but nothing spectacular and a bit overpriced. The restaurant area is nice and inviting, a bit shanty but that’s the look so that’s cool. The other part, with the animal cages is a bit sad and low-budget looking. All of the animals look sick, I’m not sure if thats how they were when they “saved” them or it’s a result of seemingly poor accommodation. I appreciate the effort though, things could just be a bit nicer. Also the google maps directions take you to the back access not the main one.
